JOB OVERVIEW: Ensure the successful delivery of all Conferences, Meetings and Events.
Actively lead the banquet team to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction.
Manage, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff, so that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards.

The ideal candidate will possess: Ideally, the candidates should have 3+ years of similar hospitality experience in a similar property or environment.
The manager will identify training needs for staff and take pride in team development and management coaching.
Strong leadership skills and experience in leading a team to deliver very high standards of service and customer care.
