Construction Coordinator

Headcount Solutions is now seeking an experienced Construction Engineer / Construction Coordinator to work on-site within a leading Pharmaceutical client.
As a Construction Engineer / Construction Coordinator, you will be part of a Capital Projects team that specialises in delivering bespoke solutions, innovative processes and sustainability.
* Experience in managing construction projects within a pharmaceutical environment * Assist and support construction activities and ensure they are completed as per agreed project schedules.
* Liaising with contractors across all disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical and CSA).
* Supporting and updating the on-site Project Managers in developing and maintaining preconstruction, construction and closeout execution plans * Liaise with design team to close out RFI's during construction * Attend walkdown meetings with clients to review progress through to handover * Managing daily work permits * Reviewing of RAMS submitted by contractors * Maintenance of project documentation * Manage Communication between subcontractors, vendors, and project * personnel.
Requirements: * 5 years + experience with a construction environment and preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field – Construction Management, Civil Engineering * Good working knowledge of construction industry related regulations * Excellent project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
