Within our Surface Transportation, Aviation & Ports Team in Ireland we currently have over 150 multi-disciplinary professionals working across a diverse range of clients and infrastructure projects. Due to the recent growth and pipeline of major active travel and public transport programmes with our key clients we are seeking expressions of interest for an enthusiastic and determined senior construction professional with industry experience, to take on the important role of Construction Framework Manager.
Candidates would be joining our growing team within our transportation business.
The role will be based in our brand-new offices in Dublin City Centre.

Projects Our current portfolio of transportation infrastructure works comprises a diverse mix of local and national Active Travel projects for major Clients including BusConnects in Dublin and Cork, major Greenway projects (in Cork, Waterford, Galway and Donegal), multiple active travel and bus priority schemes in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin City, Cork and Galway amongst other local authorities.
We also work alongside our rail, aviation and power teams as part of our agile delivery approach to developing well rounded staff. Our portfolio ranges from early planning phases to construction delivery including design and build and employer design contracts. Job responsibilities include: Actively manage construction frameworks including developing and maintaining a detailed resourcing plan for the Construction Framework Management sub-functional area and oversee the day-to-day activities; Review and develop construction framework management strategies which include construction framework management plans and methodologies including developing annual plans for areas of specific oversight, including audits and reports on key risk areas; Oversee the implementation of guidance, processes and tools to ensure contractual performance, technical guidance and development of strong commercial relationships for Contractors appointed to the framework; and Assure full compliance with framework management standards and contractual terms and conditions, manage contractual risk exposure and oversee reporting of areas or instances of non-compliance. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business). Preferred Skills & Experience Required to have experience in construction framework and contract management, ideally working in a multi-disciplinary design team, and have excellent communication skills with all disciplines, partners, 3rd Parties, and clients; NEC, FIDIC or PWC contracts experience; Provide strategic leadership and direction in framework and contract management within large and complex organisations; Deal with a range of commercial agreements and legal awareness of contract risks, including drafting complex and bespoke contract terms and commercial principles including supplies, services and framework agreements and deal with bespoke NEC terms of conditions; and End–to-end procurement experience of complex civil engineering, infrastructure projects.
