International Construction & Project Management Consultancy providing M&E expertise to the Critical Infrastructure sector. With a growing business in Ireland, they are looking for a Construction Manager to join the team who will focus on the safe and efficient delivery of a critical infrastructure project in Dublin. The RoleWorking with site teams to implement the site plan & programme, ensuring the site is run in a safe and efficient manner.Overall responsibility for the day to day implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental requirements.Responsible for on-site progress and programme.Producing & maintaining risk assessments, method statements & quality control procedures.Ensuring environmental issues are controlled as agreed with the local authority and any residents associations.Monthly review with the Programme and Project Manager of all aspects of the project.Control of drawings, technical submittals, benchmarks, and requests for information via the document control system.About YouExperience in site/contracts or construction management.Sound understanding of MEP construction, delivery & QAQC.Eligible to work in Ireland and willing to travel.A Safe Pass holder & trained first aider would be an advantage.Strong negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills.Clear and effective communication skills.Excellent benefits including private healthcare, enhanced maternity & paternity and Christmas shut down!
