Construction Manager

Francesca's Recruitment Ltd looking for a Construction Manager at my client's new build construction site in, Co. Kildare Dublin, Ireland.
This is a Fixed term contract Oct 2024- April 2025+, Salary £100,000 - £120,000 Hours - Monday to Friday role with normal construction working hours 7am / 8am - 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
Salary £100,000 - £120,000 This is a Fixed term contract Oct 2024- May 2025+ Construction Manager Responsibilities: * Project Planning and Coordination: * Develop comprehensive construction plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects.
* Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
* Construction Oversight: * Direct and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to maintain a safe working environment.
* Team Leadership: * Lead and motivate construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
* Provide guidance and support to project teams, resolving challenges and ensuring effective communication.
* Quality Assurance: * Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.
* Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions, as necessary.
* Client Relations: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Construction Manager Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
* Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
