Construction Planner - Civil Contractor - Cork

Are you an experienced Construction Planner with 5+ years experience working on construction / civil projects with main contractors?Would you like to work for one of Ireland's leading Civil and Building Contractors on a civil project based in Cork?Construction Planner - Civil Contractor - Cork?Our client is one of Ireland's leading Civil & Building Contractors with operations throughout the country.They have a requirement for an experienced P6/MS Project Planner to join the civil team in Cork City.Planning using MS Project & Primavera Software or PowerprojectDevelop tender programmes including resource loadingCoordinate schedules with site management, design teams & contractors.Understand & maintain the contract programmeTrack & monitor progressDevelop & monitor KPI'sProject Progress ReportingSubcontractor Progress MonitoringAssist with integration of programmes into BIM models (4d planning)To provide strategic advice for safeguarding, and growth and development.To engage with planning bodies as may be required, including through written submissions.To work as part of a team, including through the flexible allocation of work as it arises.RequirementsRelevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalentMIn5 + years previous experience spent in a planning role with main contractors.
