Key responsibilities & Duties Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or similar Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to gather essential information to ensure that schedules align with project goals, budgets and timeline expectations Analyse data to identify risks and inefficiencies and report any potential delays or issues that could hinder the project timeline as planned Conduct site visits, attend weekly meetings and give support to the project management team in terms of providing detailed program timelines, weekly reports, and monthly targets Maintain detailed records of all scheduling, resource allocation and progress tracking activities Update and track construction project programmes on a weekly basis; provide accurate programme position information to the Program Manager Ensure role is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety and environmental standards Requirements Technical/Professional Skill Requirements Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field Significant experience in construction programming or a similar position Background in residential (House or Apartments) construction is desirable Proficient in the use of scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.
