Construction Project Manager Main Contractor Dublin – inside & outside of M50
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects, and will be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Responsibilities Develop and implement project plansManage project budgets and timelinesCommunicate with stakeholders and keep them updated on project progressIdentify and mitigate risksResolve project issuesEnsure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsManage the construction process from start to finish, including site supervision, material procurement, and quality controlCompile and submit project reportsMaintain project documentationAdhere to all safety regulationsQualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in construction project managementStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's licenseBenefits Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projectsCollaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunities for professional development
