Dublin. As Construction Project Manager, you would be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This role involves coordinating all aspects of construction activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination:Develop project plans, schedules, and budgetsAllocate resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipmentCoordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to finalize designs and specificationsProject Execution:Oversee construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project planManage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnelMonitor and control project costs to prevent overrunsStakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project statusCollaborate with internal and external teams to address issues and ensure smooth communicationManage expectations and resolve disputes or delaysCompliance and Safety:Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standardsConduct site inspections to identify and mitigate risksVerify compliance with building codes, permits, and environmental guidelinesPerformance Tracking and Reporting:Track progress against milestones and adjust schedules as necessaryPrepare and present reports on project performance to stakeholdersConduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvementRequirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related fieldExperience: Minimum 8 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in commercial, residential, or industrialTechnical Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and construction technology toolsKey Competencies:Strong leadership and decision-making skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesSolid understanding of construction methods, materials, and processesKnowledge of safety regulations and building codesStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsPreferred Qualifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager)Experience managing multi-million-euro construction projectsFamiliarity with sustainable building practices and green certifications (e.g., LEED)Location: Co.
