Construction Solicitor – Dublin 2

Our client is a long established and well regarded Mid Sized Law Firm in Dublin 2.
They have a vacancy for a Construction Solicitor with between 4 to 6 years PQE who is interested in developing their career in a new and expanding team.
The ideal candidate is technically accomplished, collaborative and solution-focused.
They are open to speaking with candidates who have related experience in commercial litigation, property, or with prior career experience as a quantity surveyor or engineer.
The Firm's clients include contractors, developers, funders, investors, suppliers, subcontractors and insolvency practitioners.
We advise on projects across a diverse range of sectors, including public sector, commercial property development, data centres, housing and infrastructure.
The Role: Advising on both transactional and contentious mattersManaging client engagements with minimal, but supportive, supervisionDealing with all types of dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, court proceedings and arbitrationAdvising on standard form and bespoke construction contractsDrafting and negotiating development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties and ancillary project documentsThe Candidate: 4 – 6 years PQEA genuine interest in construction law, practice and industryThe ability to work on their own initiative, and as part of a teamThe ability to prioritise and focus on solutionsExcellent communication skills and a friendly mannerA growth mindsetExcellent Salary – commensurate with experience Benefits: Hybrid & Flexible working, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Career Progression, Death in Service Benefit, Long Term Disability Benefit, Social & Sports Committee
