This role is perfect for a technically skilled and solution-oriented lawyer with a strong interest in construction law.
You will have the chance to work on high-profile projects across multiple sectors, offering strategic advice and leading dispute resolution efforts on large and complex construction matters.
What You'll Do:Provide expert advice on transactional and contentious construction matters.Manage client engagements independently, with supportive guidance from senior colleagues.Handle a wide range of dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.Advise on standard form and bespoke construction contracts.Draft, negotiate, and review development agreements, collateral warranties, and professional appointments.What You'll Bring:2-6 years PQE with a focus on construction law.A genuine passion for the construction industry and its legal intricacies.Strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset.A keen interest in business development and fostering client relationships.A friendly, approachable attitude and strong communication skills.What Sets Us Apart:Our client is a progressive, modern law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services.
