Construction Specialist Recruitment | Contract Manager

Contracts Manager Dublin Position: Contracts Manager Location: Dublin Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Contracts Manager to overs groundworks developments in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Lead and manage project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
Oversee all contractual obligations and ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client expectations.
Conduct regular site inspections, assess progress, and ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Prepare progress reports, manage project documentation, and handle any necessary contract negotiations or variations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays, ensuring proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the construction industry, including ground works projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and Irish building regulations.
Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple teams.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and stakeholder management.
Experience in managing health & safety standards on construction sites.
