Design Manager A Leading, Tier 1 Main Contractor with offices throughout Ireland is currently recruiting for a Design Manager As Design Manager you will be the onsite design lead either overseeing multiple projects or on one larger scheme reporting to into a senior regional manager.
On this initial project you will be overseeing a large schem in Dublin valued at circa €55m.
The Role Assist the Senior/Regional Design Manager in discharging their Tender stage tasks Review Project Information in accordance with the employers regulations Produce Project stage Design programmes Oversee the project common data environment Produce the project specific production plans Work with the site based team Close out Design assumptions/Design risks Manage the post project Design programmes Experience-Mixed use developments comprising of Cinema, Restaurants, Retail units, Offices and Market hall is beneficial.
