CSR has a new opportunity for a Junior Site Manager for an €8.5 million retail project in Dublin.
The Contractor has secured a number of new projects and is keen to add a Junior Manger to join their team.
This will be somebody who would like to the opportunity to go in and learn from an experienced Site Manager and be able to quickly develop into a more senior role.
Looking for someone who has recently completed a trade (carpenter, electrician) and is looking for a start with a top fitout contractor.
The role Reporting directly to the Site Manager Oversee all projects from start to finish Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular progress meetings with all the sub-teams Ensure project documents are complete Co-ordinate all parties involved in the project To maintain a high standard of health and safety on site and within the companies health and safety policy To control all site activities and deal with any site problems or queries To manage project within budget and on time To maintain a high standard of finish on the project For more information or to discuss in confidence, please contact Daniel Devery at CSR on .
