A leading Irish Contractor is currently recruiting for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to oversee projects in the Dublin region Having recently won a number of large projects throughout Dublin, the company has established itself as a leading Main contractor with turnover in excess of €200m.
They are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to report to the board.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects in areas such as Commercial, residential, Education, mixed-use, retail and healthcare.
You will be a results driven QS with Demonstrable experience managing staff and projects for an Irish / UK Main contractor and will have strong contractual awareness.
Duties: Managing suppliers and subcontractors Oversee the procurement of new suppliers & subcontractors Prepare monthly CVR's Manage the projects cash flow Identify and manage risks and opportunities Act as a mentor to junior surveyors and offer commercial support and guidance to your immediate team and the wider project team On offer is a market leading salary and benefits that will be tailored to the individual.
