Our Client, a leading main contractor is currently recruiting for a Senior / Managing QS to initially oversee a €60m residential scheme in Louth.
Operating for over 25 years, the company has an impressive pipeline of upcoming projects predominently in the Dublin to Louth corridor.
As a Managing QS you will be responsible foir the successful delivery of projects from start to finish with the support of Junior staff.
The Person Degree in Quantity Surveying 10+ years working for a main contractor Experience delivering projects valued €10m+ Excellent management experience the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Client focused On offer is a market leading salary and benefits package that will meet the needs of the successful QS.
