Project Manager East Cork The CSR group are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for one of Irelands top Construction companies for a Large Residential Project in East Cork due to start shortly.
This company is well known for successfully completing projects on time and on-budget with a number of repeat business clients and has grown from strength to strength in recent years.
They are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is looking for a career move, to join a great experienced team.

The Role Manage and implement safe systems of working.
Report directly to the Contracts Manager.
Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.
Reviewing tenders with operations team as necessary.
Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits.
Planning and programming of work.
The Person Proven previous experience 10+ years Project Management experience with a 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline.
