Quantity Surveyor - Fit out Location: Dublin Job Type: Permanent/ Full Time Salary: Negotiable / Market Leading A leading Fit-out contractor, based in Dublin is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to head up projects throughout Dublin and leinster.
Having established over 10 years ago, the company has built on its success and has grown to the level where a Quantity Surveyor is required to control costs across the organisation.
They specialise in fit-out projects and work with some truly blue-chip clients with many returning for repeat business.
They also operate across main contracting and are actively growing this side of the business.
The successful candidate will come from a strong Quantity Surveying background with demonstrable experience working on a wide range of projects with successful handover, within budget and on time.
The company are measured in their growth and with recruitment so they are looking to ensure the right person comes on board.
As such, they are willing to offer a market leading, tailored package to suit the needs of the right person.

The Person Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or relevant subject 5+ years experience in a similar role Excellent organisation skills Strong commercial acumen This is an excellent role that will suit a driven QS with strong experience.
Ideally, you will have previous experience within the fit-out sector and will be ambitious and a confident negotiator.
