Content Analyst – Social Media – Maltese

We are looking for new talent to join our Community Operations team with a leading social media client in Dublin. This multicultural and diverse team supports social media communities across the world, helping to create a better and safer online environment for all users.
Your main tasks will involve investigating and resolving reported content by following company policies and local legal regulations. These reports may include various types of content, including pictures, videos, and posts, some of which can be of a sensitive nature. Due to this, strong personal resilience is essential for this role.

No experience required – full training provided. Main responsibilities:Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.Using market knowledge and insights to find solutions to improve the support of our client's community of users.Gathering, analyzing, and utilizing data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience.Recognizing trends and patterns and escalating issues to the global team.Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions.Skills & Competencies:Strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly – empathy.High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team.The offer:Base salary of €29,700 per year, with potential increments up to €39,500 based on shift pattern and performance-based bonuses (T&C apply).Free meals, snacks, and beverages on-site.Access to private healthcare.Pension contribution scheme after 12 months of service.25 days of annual leave.When and where?Location: The office is in Dublin South, offering a convenient and accessible workspace. Due to the sensitive nature of the job, work from home is not an option.Work schedule: 5 days a week, usually Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and Bank Holidays to ensure coverage.Shift pattern: You can join Day or Evening team. There are no rotations. Your chosen shift will be permanent.Eligibility to work:Candidates must be eligible for full-time employment in Ireland (EU passport, Stamp 4, or renewable Stamp 1G for a minimum of 12 months, or Access to Labour Market). Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas at the moment. Candidates should be ideally based in Dublin or ready to relocate within 4-6 weeks.
