This role is a hybrid role, 2 days a week minimum in our office in Dublin 4. This is a full-time permanent role.
Role DescriptionThe Content and web content manager is the owner of what content we place on our web properties (brochure site, design and content aspects of our app, our blog, support centre look and feel) and social channels, owning the strategy, style and quality of our published content. This is a critical role, owning the editorial look and feel of our properties to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for existing and potential customers alike. This role will also focus on driving conversion optimisation performance too, applying relevant techniques and technologies to enhance the commercial performance of our content.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, owning the planning and implementation of the content of our web properties.Creative lead for all content and ensuring our website aligns with SEO principles.Taking full ownership of the business's web brochure, blog, partnering with our product team on the app and with operations teams on the support centre, developing a clear plan to ensure we have the most up to date and clear paths for our new and existing customers as they engage with our brand.Working closely in partnership with product and analytical teams to ensure we are optimising the performance of content and site to increase conversion optimisation and the overall user experience.Partnering with the wider marketing team to ensure that campaigns and content and web content is aligned with the overall desired brand experience.Work with other cross functional teams and external partner agencies where applicable to deliver on agreed objectives for B2C and B2B marketing goals and activities measured by engagement impact, user satisfaction and achievement of overall business objectives and goals.We are a regulated business and as such all employees are required to comply with financial services regulations in the course of their work, complete mandatory training requirements and work within the regulations of the CBI.Qualifications/Skills/Experience Required:Subject matter knowledge and experience: HubSpot experience preferred.Webmaster Skills.Content creation and copywriting.Conversion optimisation experience.Skills and characteristics: Proven track record of success in B2C digital marketing roles, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar capacity.Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing web content that drives commercial growth, and optimising customer acquisition and retention.SEO experience in developing and optimisation of content.Conversion optimisation experience valuable to drive commercial performance of our web properties.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent team, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire colleagues, motivate peers to achieve exceptional results.Results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving revenue growth and profitability.Experience in currency exchange / fintech is a plus, but not essential.Information security competence and cyber security skills as well as risk awareness skills and experience.Currencyfair is committed to diversity and inclusion.
