We are looking for an experienced content creator to join our team and help us bring Cornmarket's expertise, brand and products to life.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring content to a new level for our customers through: video, podcasts, social, webinars, articles and blogs.

The role reports to Cornmarket's Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Marketing and design team to optimise brand and product content, ensuring our messaging is consistent, engaging, aligned with our brand identity while also supporting our commercial goals.

Accountabilities of the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering content to drive awareness and consideration for the Cornmarket brand overall and support demand generation for key business areas, namely Financial Wellbeing, Retirement Planning, General Insurance, Mortgages, the Health Insurance comparison service and our Health & Wellbeing initiatives.
They will play a key role in ensuring these products and services are well known and understood by new and existing customers.
Produce engaging content and resources for use across website, video platforms, social, podcasts/audio and channels to support and enhance day to-day activity and campaigns Self-shoot and edit video and audio content Publish and schedule content across platforms Collaborate with the Marketing team and the business divisions in Cornmarket to create briefs, present visuals and storyboards, research and manage production Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas Deliver final content to teams on time and in line with budget Keep an eye on the industry and ensure we're present where appropriate for our products and services using relevant content Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to identify and prioritise digital content needs and contribute to our content strategy Planning and delivery of engaging webinars for product areas Track and report on key performance metrics for paid digital and organic performance to drive a cycle of fine tuning and testing for optimum performance Produce quarterly reports/updates on the effectiveness of campaigns, new content formats used, and new industry trends we plan to trial Build a directory of key figures/influencers for potential partnerships, to reach intended target audiences within budget Work towards clear KPI's and targets with the marketing team regarding follower increases, lead generation and engagement metrics Write copy for blog content and articles for product areas in collaboration with the marketing team and product experts Attend events and launches to capture content Interpret and respond to reports on usage to drive improvement Ensure a consistent representation of our brand and brand extensions across all touchpoints and adherence to brand guidelines Manage Content marketing budgets for relevant areas and ensure all activity is delivered within budget Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content strategy While there is flexibility in the role in terms of working from home, there is an expectation to attend the Dublin office weekly, and that in fulfilling the role, there will be an element of launching / promoting initiatives onsite with our union partners, and in attending customer events Skills & Knowledge Required 2+ years in a fast-paced content production environment Qualification in marketing, digital, media production or communications Experience in creating and editing content managing and optimising and solid content marketing experience (social media, video, audio, blogs, web copy) Experience of using content production tools such as Canva, Adobe design, After Effects, CapCut or similar Experience in event and webinar planning and execution Experience in publishing on platforms such as Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Spotify and You tube, Loomly What We Can Offer You?
