Key Qualifications: NFQ Level 6 (or equivalent) in Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in content design, digital writing, or content strategy.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on plain language.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and user-centered design principles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in an agile environment.
Desirable Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for content performance.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for content structuring.
Knowledge of Irish government structures and large-scale website management.
