On behalf of our client in Dublin City Centre, we are recruiting for a Dutch Speaking Content Localization Specialist for a 12 month contract. As a Content Localization Specialist, youll be responsible for ensuring the success of the organisations presence in the Netherlands & Belgium. You will ensure that the international expansion of all departments is supported by high quality, locally relevant, culturally appropriate, and legally compliant content. You'll do this by supporting the development and execution of a scalable localization quality while ensuring the highest level of linguistic quality for your market(s). Own and continuously improve the localization strategy for your markets Manage relationships with in-country stakeholder, capture their preferences in our linguistic assets, and close the feedback loop to improve our linguistic quality assurance program Lead the adaptation of content, including changing the pitch, messaging, tone, etc. to resonate with our target audiences Improve translation quality by helping onboard, train, and upskill linguists and copywriters Help optimize our Machine Translation program by evaluating initial outputs and the quality of post-edits Manage language assets such as style guides, glossaries, and translation memories Review localization requests to assess if quality standards are being met Own or contribute to strategic initiatives supporting team OKRs To succeed in this role, youll need to be able to work across functions and teams. Youll contribute to or enable the work of Quality Managers, Copywriters, Linguists as well as in-house Localization Program and Project Managers. You should have a strong linguistic and creative background, combined with exemplary interpersonal skills to help you navigate cross-cultural negotiation and communication. We are looking for someone who uses a data-first approach to make decisions, and has experience in fast-paced international expansion.
