Content Moderators - Norwegian Speakers (Part Time)

Working hours - Candidates should be ready to commit to at least 16 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES Assist our client's community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.Become and remain knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community.Display a strong bias to doing what's right.Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on client's platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.Skills Required: Fluent in Norwegian and English.Cultural understanding of Norway.Reliable, consistent, and hard-working.Flexible in working in a fast-paced environment with different projects to work on.Eligible to work in Ireland – Part time / Full time.TRAINING PERIOD Training will be conducted Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day. Training period will be between 4 and 6 consecutive weeks, depending on the role.
There will be 2 groups to choose from: Morning (9am – 1pm) and Evening (6pm – 10pm).
During that period, all new employees are required to attend in full. After the training period, the shift pattern can be adjusted on individual needs.
Salary: €15.24 / hour.Location: Sandyford (Dublin 18).
