Content Reviewer (Evening Shift) We are looking for Czech or Slovak speakers. Main responsibilities: Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via the ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive contentEnforcing client's Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the siteBecoming and remaining knowledgeable about client's products and community standardsUsing market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of usersGathering, analysing, and utilising relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experienceRecognising trends and patterns and escalating issues outside the company policy to the global teamIdentifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutionsSkills & Competences: Strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and most importantly – empathyHigh adaptability and positive approach to challengesAbility to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems, and work as part of a teamEffective Time management & Prioritisation skillsAbility to consistently hit KPIs on timeLanguage Skills: Fluent level of Czech or Slovak in oral and written communication,with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the regionAdvanced level ofEnglish (C1)Contract:Full-time, permanent Compensation: €29,700 per year as base salary25% Salary uplift for the late hours from 10pm to 2am (in total, around €33,000 per year)€12 per day (before tax) as the travel allowance%10 performance-based bonus paid quarterlyFree meal on sitePrivate healthcarePension contribution25 days of annual leaveExtensive Training and access to CPL's Wellness ProgrammeTax Saver and Bike-to-Work SchemeWorking hours:Evening shift (6pm - 2am).Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
