Job DescriptionTo lead and manage the Project Team to discharge the employers responsibilities including the following, but with a specific focus on cost, value and risk management.Support the Project Directors and Work Package Managers to ensure compliance with the Contract and internal governance and procedures (as required).Provide necessary contractual and commercial information, also supporting the wider contract management team.Monitor, challenge and report against the schedule and costs (delivering project within budget).Manage the contract variation process.Collating, checking and managing relevant contractual documentation.Communicate with the shareholders and relevant stakeholders.Coordination of the procurement requirements to support the delivery of the project.Support the delivery of the Project safely, working towards zero LTI / work related serious illness.QualificationsYou will have 10+ years relevant experience preferably with a construction / energy / engineering background.Experience in developing and managing contract development for energy projects.Ability to analyse issues, exercising judgement to make decisions and drive delivery of large infrastructure projects.Strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate a large amount of information and to present the information in a clear and structured format.Excellent contracting and commercial awareness.Experience with post contract delivery, managing contracts, claims, variations, disputes etc. Strong communication and negotiation skills.Strong Commercial awareness with the ability to make decisions and recommendations in all aspects of project implementation.Strong self-performance management and delivery focus with the ability to balance conflicting requirements of quality, cost and time and make decisions in tight timescales.Additional InformationWhat we offer you: Full timeCompetitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits25 days Annual leave (23 days + 2 company days)Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projectsCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globallyOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleaguesOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
