As the Contract & Vendor Management Analyst, you will provide support to the Vendor Manager and Strategic Partner Manager to ensure that key Technology service providers deliver in accordance with their contractual obligations and are developed in line with Primark strategic goals and vendor management framework.
You will support the expansion of the Technology vendor governance framework to all key vendors.

Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
Effective engagement between departments, business partners, procurement and service providers for assigned Statements of Work ensuring an aligned approach for effective Technology contractual outcomes.Work with key stakeholders across Technology, Procurement and Legal, the Contract and Vendor Management Analyst will provide guidance and support in the contract renewal/RFP process and will support as required the end-to-end cycle to contract signature, ensuring that all necessary contractual arrangements and service level agreements are successfully constructed.Proactive in supporting the Vendor Manager and Strategic Partner Manager in implementing an annual contract renewal schedule & tracker for all Technology vendors.Support the Contract & Vendor Management function strategy in identifying opportunities for cost savings and work with the internal stakeholders to get buy-in to savings targets and deliver and report against cost savings.Contract management - understanding the contract and then enforcing and adhering to the applicable contract mechanisms as necessary - Track and record contract changes control notes during the lifetime of the contract and ensure that these are filed accordingly.What You'll Bring: Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
3rd level qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.3+ years at a Contract Management & Vendor Analyst level (Technology focused).Proven experience working within a fast-paced organisation (ideally with cross-functional and European multi-site locations).Proven history of developing strategic and maintaining partnerships with key vendors and stakeholders.Familiar with professional environments that operate with urgency, are oriented towards accomplishing set goals, and enforce standards of quality within budgetary constraints.Strong IT delivery methods experience.Ready?
