Contracts Manager | Dublin & Leinster c.€125k+, Bonus, Car, Pension, Medicare & Benefits (tailored to suit) We are seeking a Contracts Manager for a leading Tier 1 main contractor, engaged in commercial, educational, industrial, pharmaceutical, life science, and residential projects up to a value of €300m+.
These projects are of national and international importance and include traditional, design & build, and other formats.
Due to continued growth and expansion, there is a requirement for a Contracts Manager to oversee projects in both the public and private sectors across the Dublin & Leinster region.
Responsibilities:Oversee the successful delivery of projects from a time scale and commercial perspective, typically managing three projects concurrently.Ensure safe and efficient project delivery.Contribute to the senior management team with a driving ambition for promotional prospects based on performance.Qualifications:Several years of site/project management experience, with at least five years at Contracts/Project Manager level.Proven managerial skills and strong commercial awareness.Effective motivational attributes.This position would suit an existing Contracts Manager seeking a move or an experienced Project Manager eager for progression.
It is also suitable for candidates returning home from the UK or overseas.
