Contracts Manager | Dublin & Leinster | Tier 1 Main Contractor c.€150k, Bonus, LTIP, Car, Pension, Health & Executive Benefits The Client: For a Tier 1 main contractor that engages in datacentre, biopharma, 'high end' commercial, medical, educational & other social infrastructure construction sectors. Projects exceed €100m, in traditional, design/build & other formats.
The Candidate: Several years of project management experience, with a minimum of five at Contracts Manager level.Full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from both a time scale and commercial perspective, typically managing 3+ projects concurrently.Effective motivational attributes combined with proven managerial skills and strong commercial awareness are essential.A driving ambition to be a member of the senior management team with promotional prospects to Directorship based on performance.The Opportunity: Our client is looking to invest in an exceptional individual. This is a critical role integrated into the group's planned growth trajectory and succession strategy for senior management. It would suit an existing Contracts Manager/Project Director seeking a move or an experienced Project Manager from a large organisation eager for progression. Also suitable for a candidate returning home from the UK or overseas.
