This role is pivotal in driving our client's strategic business objectives by overseeing the end-to-end delivery of FTTx projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Responsibilities: Identify, prioritise, and initiate projects aligned with strategic business objectives.Track and monitor projects to ensure they meet strategic outcomes related to quality, cost, schedule, and scope.Analyze and oversee project elements across the portfolio to leverage economies of scale, reduce risks, and enhance successful delivery.Ensure identification and management of project risks, with appropriate mitigation and escalation to relevant stakeholders.Conduct site visits and deliver monthly or quarterly KPI presentations to customers.Develop or review project estimates for schedules, effort, and costs, utilizing established models and best practices.Monitor and measure project progress at defined points to ensure on-time delivery within budget, meeting business objectives while balancing scope, schedule, quality, and risks.Document and manage lessons learned from projects.Adhere to Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements at all times.Job Requirements: Minimum 3 Years Management Experience in FTTx Rollout.Proven track record in build rollouts, including civils, cabling, and splicing.Strong customer engagement and management skills.Financially savvy with awareness of the impact of daily decisions.Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Fluent in English, with strong presentation and appearance.Previous experience in people management.Contact: If you would like more information on this role you can contact Paul Dunican at ****** or call (090) 641 7022.
