To achieve this, we're in need of a seasoned Conversion Rate Specialist with a proven track record in running dropshipping stores and is capable of improving AOV through upsells, cross sells, and UI/UX design.
Day in the Life of a Conversion Rate Specialist at GT Ecom Implement upsell and cross sell techniques on product pages (e.g.
enhancing product descriptions, images, pricing strategies, etc.)
to boost AOV.
Develop and test upsell and cross sell offers based on customer behavior and purchase history Streamline the checkout process (integrate upsell and cross sell opportunities seamlessly within the checkout flow) to reduce friction and cart abandonment Run A/B tests on product pages, CTAs, and promotional offers, analyze results, and implement changes to continually improve conversion rates.
Ensure the site is visually appealing, with user-friendly interfaces, and responsive across all devices to enhance user experience Use Shopify and other analytics tools to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Map out and refine the customer journey from landing page to purchase, identifying and removing any barriers to conversion.
The Profile You have at least 1 year experience in managing and optimizing dropshipping stores on Shopify, specifically in the fashion niche.
You have the expertise in implementing effective upsell and cross sell strategies that drive increased AOV You have a strong UI/UX design skills that enhances the overall shopping experience and contributes to higher conversion rates You have the ability to analyze performance metrics and consumer behavior data to identify trends and areas for improvement using different analytics tools You have hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization You have proven track record of achieving performance goals such as increasing AOV and improving conversion rates You have a familiarity with the German market (not required but an advantage) The Employer Our client was established in 2018 and headquartered in The Netherlands.
