Conveyancing & Probate Legal Executive County Meath About the Role: We are currently seeking a Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience, who is passionate about conveyancing and probate law. The role will involve working on a variety of conveyancing and probate matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team and play a hands-on role in all stages of the probate and conveyancing processes. Key Responsibilities: Handling probate files from start to finish, including statement of affairs, probate applications, and contentious probate matters. Handling conveyancing files from start to finish, including residential and commercial transactions. Providing excellent service to our clients, counsel, and third parties involved in probate and conveyancing cases. Collaborating with our team on briefs and pleadings related to probate and conveyancing matters. Required: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on probate and conveyancing. A strong work ethic and a passion for excellence in legal practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
