Link Personnel's Client is a busy and growing practice on the north side of Dublin with two offices in Dublin 5. They are an established team of legal experts offering services across a range of legal areas including conveyancing, litigation, probate, wills, family law and employment law. They are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will be 3+ years qualified with experience managing all aspects of conveyancing transactions and providing legal advice to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor who is looking to join a busy and established local firm supported by an excellent team.
Excellent Salary offered commensurate with PQE. Bonus, Hybrid working, Parking. The Role:Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.Conduct thorough title investigations, identify potential risks and develop solutions to resolve any issues that arise.Build strong relationships with clients maintaining effective communication throughout the transaction and ensuring our clients' best interests are represented at all times.Manage relationships with financial institutions, estate agents, brokers, surveyors and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions for our clients.The Candidate:Minimum 3 years PQE with experience in conveyancing.Probate and Wills experience an advantage.Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage own caseload.Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven record of building relationships with clients.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Solution orientated with a proactive approach to representing our clients' interests.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal Case Management systems.
