Conveyancing Solicitor | Hybrid | Dublin 10 A prominent client based in Dublin are currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team based in Ballyfermot. This role offers a competitive salary & hybrid working. Key Responsibilities: Manage the legal aspects of buying and selling residential properties, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting title searches, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Conduct thorough title investigations and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring clear title for clients. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their transactions and providing clear, concise legal advice. Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage agreements. Work closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with Irish property law and regulatory requirements. Identify potential risks in property transactions and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients to ensure their best interests are represented.
