Cook / Chef

Cook/Chef for our library café in the University of Limerick.
Time 7am to 4pm Daily Monday to Friday As Cook / Chef you will prepare food items based on our menu or individual orders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in baking, mixing dough to produce a variety of breads, scones etc in addition to cooking.
Full time position or Term time September to Middle of June if it suits the candidate.
Good terms and conditions.
Applicants must have experience and a knowledge of HACCP.
Requirements: Previous experience in a Professional Kitchen / Deli preparing food items Baking experience HACCP Qualified Excellent Communication Skills, including fluency in English Passion for cooking Good Team player The position has attractive Summer, Easter & Christmas holidays and regular weekends off.
Term Time an option.
