Job description Mooncoin Residential Care Centre is currently recruiting for a Cook.
You will be required to work both on your own and with the head Chef in order to maintain a high level of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
You will be responsible for maintaining all administration in compliance with HACCP and Food Hygiene guidelines.
Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
The role will involve working three days over seven, working three Saturdays a month and one Sunday a month.
No late night shifts.
