Purpose of Job:
To perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services for Schneider's range of cooling and refrigeration product lines, including chillers, condensers, CRAC, and In Row Products. The candidate will be expected to be familiar with all aspects of the refrigeration system.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service. Installation: Typically, overseeing a team of subcontractors and ensuring their work aligns with Schneider Electric's specifications. Occasionally, the candidate may need to perform installation services. Commissioning: Prepared to commission a complete system. Maintenance/Repair: Complete planned and unscheduled maintenance on the Schneider Electric product range. Seek business opportunities to promote business growth. Advise customers on best practices, new services, and upgrade opportunities. 24x7 on-call availability to attend customer sites for diagnosis and repairs. Candidate:
The candidate will report to the Secure Power Manager, travel to customer sites, and must be willing to travel and stay away from home as needed. Familiarity with working in critical and secure data environments is essential. Good communication skills are required for interactions with a diverse range of individuals.
Skills Required: Proficient in personal computer skills, including email, record-keeping, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics. Experience in preparing MOPs and RAMS, adapting and writing guidelines for approved Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Verifiable hands-on technical work experience. Certification as per business and country requirements, including professional HVAC qualifications. Hold a Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent. F-Gas certification. Product-specific training provided at Schneider Electric's training center in Italy. Experience in the soft configuration of HVAC products. Ability to work independently with general guidance on objectives. Compliance with safety policies and procedures. Participation in team efforts to achieve goals. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and effective communication. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license.
