Advert Title: Coordinator - Dublin, Ireland Advert Text: Overall Purpose of the JobThe service will operationalise the Event & Hospitality of the Dublin Tower, to ensure all elements of Event and Hospitality ticketing and administrative works are complete.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrimarily responsible for the Event and Hospitality Ticketing tool administration.Ensure all ticket fields are filled out accurately.Ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to.Ensuring all documentation is provided by teams for weekly meetings.Ensuring smooth and effective event delivery on site, including the set up, execution and breakdown.Collaborate with the wider Events Team and other building departments on all aspects related to the successful planning and delivery of events, including the Culinary, Facilities, Front of House, Barista, Security, Audio-Visual, Janitorial, and Health & Safety teams.Take on ad hoc projects and tasks, as and when required.Compliance to all H&S regulations.Skills and ExperiencePrior experience in the hospitality industry is essential with knowledge of ticketing systems a bonus but not essential as training will be provided.Efficient, discrete, have good interpersonal skills and will demonstrate the ability to multitask.Excellent communication skills.Prior knowledge of ticketing systems a bonus.Strong computer skills.Hardworking, proactive person who is capable of demonstrating initiative and good judgment.Flexible in their approach to work and demonstrate a keen willingness to assist fellow colleagues.Efficient & capable of working on their own initiative.Available to work outside normal working hours and on weekends as required.Working PatternMonday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
