Corporate Associate (2 - 5 PQE), Dublin Opportunity to join a premier corporate team in Dublin to advise on some of the largest transactions in the Irish/European market.

This leading law firm continues to grow year on year and is now looking to recruit a talented corporate associate at the 2 - 5 PQE level.

The quality of work is unquestionably some of the best in Ireland and encompasses not just M&A but also has expertise in corporate redomiciliation migrations, inward investments, and group restructurings.

You will be acting for global organisations as well as Irish-listed companies and Irish businesses listed on the NYSE.

You will be both technically proficient as well as able to handle the demands of clients in this fast-paced but highly rewarding environment.
You will have gained your experience at a Legal 500 Tier 1 or 2 firm in Ireland or the UK and have solid experience in M&A.
