As Corporate Counsel, Privacy, you'll partner with senior members of our privacy team to provide crucial support in implementing and managing our global privacy program. You'll notably focus on documenting product counseling risk mitigation plans through Privacy-by-Design reviews and Data Protection Impact Assessments/Privacy Impact Assessments, as well as coordinating the review and implementation of new privacy laws and regulations' requirements.

This is a hybrid role, based in Dublin, and requirestwo daysin the office per week.
How you'll make an impact:You will collaborate with senior members of the privacy team, as well as with product, engineering and other areas of the business, to provide practical and innovative privacy advice for high-impact product launches for brands like Tinder and Hinge. You will proactively identify and resolve potential privacy risks, with a focus on documenting those risk mitigation actions through the use of Privacy-by-Design reviews and DPIAs/PIAs.
You will review news laws and regulations, and develop compliance plans for our brands through consultation with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
You will support the privacy team in implementing and managing Match Group's global privacy program, including regulatory inquiries, customer care escalations, policy development, incident response, contract negotiation (e.g., DPAs), and privacy training.
We could be a match if:You have a law degree from a top accredited law school
You have 2+ years in a top national law firm and/or in-house legal department, with experience in technology product counseling in B2C digital industries (e.g., gaming, music, mobile, video, online marketplaces, social media).
You have strong business communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
You are a self-starter, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and ease in working collaboratively with both legal and non-legal team members.
You have a strong desire to learn the business, associated technologies, and new areas of law, with a practical approach to partnering with business teams.
