About the role We are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join our growing team. You will be required to lead and support various areas of the Corporate Finance remit in relation, but not limited to:

Assist in Capital Raising Efforts: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing. This includes preparing financial models, investor presentations, and supporting documentation. Liaise with Financial Institutions and Investors: Act as a point of contact for banks, private equity firms, and other financial institutions involved in funding processes. Ensure clear and effective communication between all parties, addressing queries and providing necessary information. Coordinate with Business Units: Work across different business units within the group to gather relevant data, forecasts, and strategic insights necessary for funding proposals. Ensure that all funding requirements align with operational needs and financial targets. Monitor Financial Covenants: Work with finance teams to track and report on any financial covenants associated with ongoing funding arrangements. Ensure compliance with covenant requirements and take corrective actions when needed. Contribute to Strategy: Provide strategic insights into funding options and structures that align with the group's long-term goals, assessing risks and opportunities for the business. Assess Acquisition Opportunities: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, analysing their strategic, commercial, and financial alignment with the company's objectives. Lead Due Diligence: Oversee the buy/sell due diligence process, including defining the scope of assignments, managing workstreams, coordinating outputs from due diligence providers, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Create Investor Decks and Presentations: Support the creation of funding teaser decks and board presentations, contributing to clear and compelling communication of financial strategies and opportunities. Continuous Improvement: Maintain a proactive approach to improving processes and systems, identifying and implementing efficiencies across the finance and M&A function Support CFO on Strategic Projects: Collaborate with the CFO on various strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, offering financial and operational insights as needed.
