The Position Forvis Mazars Corporate Finance team advise clients on trade sales, private equity rounds, venture capital and management buy-outs. We have a wealth of experience on winning, executing and completing deals across a wide variety of sectors both nationally and internationally.

As a Forvis Mazars Associate, you will work side by side with Managers, Directors and Partners on all aspects of a transaction. You will be equipped with the technical skills to shape you into a leading professional in your field and learn from people with a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. You will learn financial modelling, how to prepare a business for sale, going to market, running an auction, running the due diligence process, coordinating legal due diligence, tax structuring, the closing process and much more.

While your academic background is of course relevant, what's more important to us is how you apply yourself to your studies and to the pursuit of knowledge. You may have a background in engineering, business, law, science, or economics - but what's important is that you bring to the firm a willingness to learn and apply your skills in the best way possible.
