Description: Xeinadin Corporate Finance Team is expanding across Ireland and the UK. We provide a range of corporate finance and strategy advisory services to a breadth of clients across a wide range of sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Executive to join our Irish team, this person can be based in Dublin, Cork, Galway, or Limerick.
Key Responsibilities: Undertake research on potential purchasers and other businesses.Assist with preparing detailed forecasts and business plans.Attend meetings with team liaising with potential funders, clients, and business owners.Attend business development and networking meetings or events.Review businesses for sale and match to clients who may be interested.Research for multiples/PE ratios for valuations and in the early stage of disposals, with a view to developing businesses for disposal/MBO process.Preparation of valuation reports.Key Requirements: ACCA or ACA qualified, or other relevant qualification coupled with 1-2 years experience in a corporate finance team.Confident in front of clients and others more senior than you and not afraid to challenge where necessary.Relentless in problem solving, providing solutions in a timely and thorough manner.Able to juggle a number of jobs whilst demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met.Additional Requirements: Model: Hybrid
