The Role:Avolon is appointing a Corporate Legal Executive to our Dublin office. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Legal Counsel, the Corporate Legal Executive will support the Corporate Legal Team on executing a range of corporate legal tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:Assisting and supporting the Corporate Legal team with general company secretarial tasks.Completion and submission of forms to the Irish Companies Registration Office.Liaising with external corporate service providers, including processing invoices through a dedicated invoicing system.Preparation of structure charts and completion of Know Your Customer requests for lenders/third parties.Assist with the incorporation and management of special purpose companies in Ireland and abroad.Assist with the execution of various legal documentation and ensuring documents are correctly tracked and stored internally.Responsible for ensuring the information recorded in ATOM (Legal Entities Management System) is accurate and up to date.Updating Ultimate Beneficial Owner Registers online as required.Liaising with third parties (e.g., corporate service providers and banks) in relation to the provision of information and documentation.Ad hoc tasks as required.Minimum Requirements:Relevant degree/studies or equivalent experience, preferably having specialised in law or business.At least two years' experience working in company secretarial matters preferably with a professional firm.Proactive and self-motivated, managing own time to deliver on commitments in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment.Communicates effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, both orally and in written materials.Well-organised and efficient, focusing on process improvements and anticipating possible roadblocks to manage workload effectively.Strong Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel skills.What else do you need to know?Please note that we will only accept applications that are made to us via our company website.
