Corporate Receptionist-12 Month Contract

A Market Leading Corporate Firm have a vacancy for a Receptionist with previous C-Suite experience.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The role is situated on the Client Floor and provides a 5* service to all clients to the Firm.
Liaising with IT, Catering and Facilities the successful candidate will work as part of a professional reception team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Candidates should be available to work shifts rotating weekly : and 10:00-18.30.

Overall Package: Circa €50k The Role: Meeting and greeting clients.
Answering a high volume of telephone calls.
Managing internal meeting rooms and related catering.
Booking taxis.
Issuing Access/ID cards.
Managing various administrative tasks.
Resolving queries.
The Candidate: Professional and reliable, with good energy and enjoys a client focused role.
You are flexible, can multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure.
You have experience of working in a corporate environment and are a natural team player.
Display discretion at all times.
