We are excited to speak to experienced Corporate Receptionists with a passion for five star service.
This is a rare chance to join the front of house team in a large Irish law firm.
This is a very well-regarded team who deliver an excellent welcome to clients and visitors to the firm daily.
You will ideally have worked in a corporate or high-end hospitality environment and be an organised, proactive Receptionist.
Fully onsite Dublin 2 Rotating shifts across three rosters between 7.45am and 6.30pm Excellent salary and benefits 12 month FTC Responsibilities in this role will include: Managing meeting room booking calendar.
Liaising with catering and AV/IT ahead of meetings.
Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and internal meeting attendees.
Managing switchboard and high volume of incoming calls.
Organising taxis and couriers.
For consideration you will need to have: Demonstrable experience working as a Receptionist in a Corporate or high-end environment professional services, law firms, hotels etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and being proactive.
Strong MS Office skills as well as experience using switchboard technologies.
Flexibility around shifts and schedules.
