Corporate Receptionist

Busy law firm in Dublin 2 are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join them permanently and on a full time basis (37.5 hours).Hours 9.30am – 6pmYou will need to have strong switchboard experience and be able to demonstrate experience handling large volumes of incoming calls.In addition, your duties will include: Meeting and greeting clients, directing to meeting rooms and arranging taxis as required on their departure.Handling post, deliveries and incoming packages.
Organising couriers when required.Meeting room management – managing booking requests, preparing rooms prior to meetings and cleaning up afterwards.Ad-hoc administration as required – filing, photocopying, and organising stationary.
The ideal candidate will also have: Experience working in a Corporate Reception environment.Strong MS Office skills.Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours occasionally.A warm and professional manner with excellent communication skills.
