To be successful in this role: This role would be suited to any food-oriented sales exec, from hotels, restaurants, or catering; corporate catering experience carries a strong advantage, however, the employer will consider candidates from all industries. Track record of achieving KPIs, sales, revenue, and profit targets. Experienced at developing creative solutions to challenges or barriers of clients. Confidence in challenging the 'norm' to drive commercial, profitable opportunities and develop client contracts and partnerships that reward growth. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels to achieve goals. This role requires a candidate with proven sales ability and a dynamic outlook on the food industry. Solid experience in B2B sales, with an in-depth understanding of the Irish catering industry. Passionate about sales, pride in themselves, and a strong ambassador for the company. Previous experience with CRM systems, weekly sales reporting, and administration is key to the success of this role. Experience with creating and delivering company presentations. Proven experience in building sustainable partnerships with new and existing clients.
