Choice Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manger to join its team in its Galway properties.

A candidate already working in a sales role, ideally in a hospitality field (but not essential), is preferred.
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving corporate revenue by securing new business and maintaining relationships with existing corporate clients.
This role involves identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and creating solutions to meet the needs of corporate travellers, conference organizers, and business clients, through all hotel sales streams.
Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify, target and develop new business from corporates to include conference, events, rooms and F&B related events Understand each market segment - corporate direct, group, conference and GDS Develop and implement a strategy to target and grow all corporate segments Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Specific weekly and monthly KPI's to be met.
Act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, providing exceptional customer service.
Representation and Networking: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and business forums to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, and corporate associations.
Act as a Brand Ambassador for The Hardiman and The House Hotel to actively promote the hotels at every opportunity To plan and organise FAM trips, and events where necessary Reporting and Analysis: To compile weekly and monthly sales reports for the hotels To manage and grow the hotels corporate database, nationally and internationally Skills: Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of local and international corporate travel markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
