Key responsibilities: To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites.
Reporting to the on site Control Room Manager.
Pro-actively ensuring the protection of employees, property and assets across the EMEA client portfolio.
Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors whilst carrying out critical duties.
Responding to emergency situations as they arise and following the strict documented escalation processes in a calm concise manner.
Accurately reporting all incidents.
Collating intel/ data that may effect business operations.
Monitoring and operating CCTV cameras and other recording systems.
Ability to multiskilling and have attention to detail is crucial.
Checking and validating business visitor credentials.
Controlling access and egress to remote locations EMEA whilst following strict protocols.
About you: High level IT and communication skills.
Up to date with social media trends.
Valid PSA License- or willing to obtain a licence immediately upon employment with Mitie.
5 years previous checkable work history.
Be able to provide work references.
Fluent in English (bi lingual an advantage) with ability to communicate without issue.
Be dependable and available to work a regular work schedule.
Possessing a friendly, approachable personality.
Smart and presentable appearance.
Own transport preferable.
Full training will be provided.
Rotating shift pattern.
